Harmonic Health Workshop : Module 1:
No experience is needed: this course is for holistic therapists, teachers, carers, & open to anyone wishing to deepen their understanding.

The 5 Element Approach -
Simple to use introduction to some of our tried & tested, most loved & effective methods:
Including techniques from Yoga, Qigong, Shiatsu Massage, Acupressure, Nutrition, & Aromatherapy.
A holistic approach, rooted with the 5 great Elements - Earth, Metal/Air, Water, Wood/Spirit, & Fire.
Yoga & Qi Gong exercises on this course are gentle enough for complete beginners, you can explore them for yourself & offer your clients these gentle techniques as appropriate.
Contra-indications & professional use of techniques will be outlined in handouts.
This course will enhance your practice and inspire you and your clients.
Taught in a friendly atmosphere, the emphases is on having fun as well as serious study and learning new ways to approach helping your self, friends, family, & patients.
This introduction includes hands on practical learning as well as theory.
Concentrating on the 5 great Elements aspect of clinical practice, the strategies that need to be employed to reach a correct diagnoses and the appropriate treatment.
Handouts will be given to take home & you are encouraged to take additional notes during the day.
5 Element Approach module 1 is the beginning of a further 4 days training, you are welcome to come & explore this introduction, & to tell us what you want more of. We offer an inter active approach to your learning with the aim to enhance your health & harmonious living.

Deposits are non refundable, although if your space can be filled by someone else in time for this day course we will transfer your £40 towards a further training course.

George Dellar - is the principal of the Wiltshire acupuncture practice and graduated from the South West College of Oriental Medicine after a thorough training in traditional acupuncture and western medical sciences appropriate to the practice of acupuncture. He is also a qualified Shiatsu practitioner and has been a teacher of Oriental medicine MRSS(T) since 1995. He teaches independently and for various shiatsu and acupuncture schools in the UK and wider Europe.
Gayle Fletcher - with over 10 years of experience in holistic therapies, Gayle is a qualified Yoga teacher & massage therapist with a passion for exploring the 5 elements - Earth, Air, Water, Spirit & Fire - combining diagnostic systems from Chinese acupuncture and Ayurvedic medicine which are a fundamental part of Eastern traditions & practices. “With great respect to all my friends and teachers, to the devine that is each of us, I offer myself to share and explore as nature asks.
