The MiniClick talks are a series of free monthly photography talks curated by Jim Stephenson of clickclickjim. The idea is for the nights to be an informal presentation of the photographer's work and we all hang around later for a chat and a couple of drinks.
Hot on the heels of Chris Floyd's excellent Episode 18 talk in February, I'm really pleased to announce that Harry Watts will be doing March's miniclick talk on Tuesday, 6th March. Doors are open from 6:30pm, with Harry starting his talk at 7:30pm. As ever, entry is free. This talk is bought to you in association with SOURCE magazine!

I've been trying to arrange a talk with Harry in for a while now, so I'm particularly pleased to put this one on. Harry's work is a departure from the previous four speakers we've had, who predominantly create images of people. Harry will be presenting his "Finds" and "Illusions" projects, amongst his other work, discussing his route into the profession and some of the top photographers he has assisted for (inc Clare Strand, Simon Roberts and Martin Parr).
"Harry Watts (b. 1987 Winchester, UK) graduated from Brighton University in 2009 with a BA in Editorial Photography. In 2009, Harry was selected by Italian Vogue for a solo exhibition at the Salvatore Ferragamo flagship store in London, and has since exhibited across the UK and internationally. Harry is currently working on the series ILLUSIONS and FINDS, along with this he assists photographer Martin Parr in his London studio".
