Being mothers day (in the UK) it is a perfect time to connect to our inner Shakti Maha by moving freely, flowing spontaneously and allowing the creativity of Shakti to shine!
Diving into a multidimensional flow of playful sequences inspired by Shiva Rea we will incorporate arm balances, twisting, core cultivation, inversions and partner work. Using the seed mantra VAM with the intention to empower Svadhisthana Chakra this workshop will leave you vibrant and shaktifi'ed!
