Agatha and I are reprising our role as roommates. The move-in date could probably be flexible if you need to move in earlier but officially will be August 1st. Contact me and ask if you have questions about that. If you haven't seen the place, it really is lovely. We'll live right on a 57 bus stop, which is my way of commuting into Boston proper.

We're looking to fill the smaller bedroom. The rent is 650 a month which includes water. We pay heat, wifi, and electric. We don't have cable or a phone line. The Utilities are on average 50 a month each.
