Influenced by dark 80s indie and bright modern electronica, the band's musical montage references Duran Duran, Joy Division, Fenech Soler and Jessie J in equal measure. The band grew up in various hardcore punk and metal bands in the Winchester area. Since hitting the road in 2010, the band's been playing sold-out shows, been featured in Tastemaker radio and been invited to play UK's premier music conference The Great Escape 2011.Two Spot Gobi (http://goo.gl/iCK3z)
From the stony beaches of Brighton UK, via the sunny shores of California, Two Spot Gobi create irresistibly laid-back, summery anthems. The band has been featured and reviewed by Clixie Music, Q Magazine, BBC Exclusive, The Argus, Star Magazine, Source magazine and performed at BBC London live session, among others. The Move-ons (http://goo.gl/Utyh5)
The Move-ons are a Brighton based four piece rock band with songs that range from acoustic chill out to heavy riffs and atmospheric breakdowns. As the winners of Brighton Live competition and Spirit FM battle of the bands 2011 The Move-ons are quickly getting their name onto the public consciousness.
Alex The Great (http://goo.gl/c8aab)
East London alternative folk band. Great lyrics and harmonies combine to deliver the unique sound of a band that's heading for prime time. If you're into Fleet Foxes, Modest Mouse or Bob Dylan you'll definitively love them.
