Some of you may know I haven't owned a pair of trainers, let alone run anywhere, in quite a long time... So for some strange reason I've bought some neon yellow trainer things and have decided to run the half marathon for Bhopal Medical Appeal. Can't say im enjoying the cold wet runs on winter mornings, or the idea of a 13 mile challenge looming up ahead of me, but hey ho. The Bhopal Medical Appeal is an amazing charity so please please dig deep and sponser what you can, be it a penny to a tenner, it all makes a difference!
