So who's game for a cultural Saturday? Themed drawing session during the afternoon, some dinner, followed by the Sleigh Bells gig in the evening at Concorde2?

In a few weeks, Jake Spicer will be running his excellent "The Drawing Circus", with the theme being Grimm's Tales:

This really is good fun...lots of models, poses and space (easels are provided), but admittedly it is a bit more expensive at £22 for the day (6+ hours)...or about £4 per hour! I know there are plenty of you who are quite artistic!

Then, quite by happenstance, Sleigh Bells are playing at Concorde2. I rate them, check out "Kids" and "Infinity Guitars", and their new album "Reign of Terror", plus tickets are cheap (about £13) and a good way to spend the night.

So let's see, the day starts at 13.00, finishing about midnight, at the low, low cost of £35 - BARGAIN.
