Inspired by acts such as Manchester Orchestra and Brand New, AMERICAN FRESHMAN aim to ignite Alabama’s flourishing weekend music scene with their emotionally energetic brand of rock. Bored with their attempt at pop-punk, the band, formerly known as LEFT OF MAINSTREET, made a conscious decision to progress rather quickly - leaving all of their previous songs behind them. With no back catalogue to run to, AMERICAN FRESHMAN placed all of their efforts on writing the best songs they could find within themselves, and they are excited to see how the fans will accept them. With songs such as “OMG” and “Plans” already secured into the set, they are positive that YOU will not be disappointed.
