We will be baking two breads for this session and you will be taught the basics of bread baking, yeast and how it works. I wanted the basics to be fun and hence chose a dinner bread - Foccasia and a Date Orange Nut bread for tea. To accompany with them a classic French Salad and Grilled Vegetables to go with a curry sauce. As you get the hand of bread baking I can introduce more sessions through recipe and classes.

- Sundried Tomato Rosemary Foccasia Bread
