DANUBE FISH FOLK FESTIVAL

If You are interested to be participant at Great Happening Day in Belgrade during International Days of Danube please deliver us information of Your ensemble, short description of Your program and some photos to our email address lucadofolclore@gmail.com
We could offer you:
- accommodation and food in youth hostel 3/4 beds in the room with shower, internet connection etc. for four days,
- T-shirt and cap with amblem of festival
- Diploma and souvenir for the group
- Grand parade of the main street in Belgrade,
- Performances on fish party near the Danube (fish food)
- One humanitarian performance in the House for old people
- One performance in open area including swimming on Lake in Belgrade (grill party on the beach),
- Big farewell party last night

We expect from You:
- number of participants could be max 45 persons including drivers,
- program of minimum 15 minutes
- 2/3/ souvenirs for exchange

Participation fee is 86,00 per person. Each 21 is free and also busdrivers are free.

For this manifestation participants could be:
- folk dance ensembles,
- modern dancing groups,
- majorettes,
- Brass bands,
- traditional orchestras

Application form will be delivered to all interested ensembles immediately after receipt your confirmation and your mail address.

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION FORM IS 15. FEBRUARY 2012

ORGANIZING COMMITTEE WILL MAKE DECISION ABOUT SELECTION OF THE GROUPS TILL 15 MARCH 2012

Selected ensembles have the obligation to make payment about 90 euro as a registration fee for whole group. After that will receive OFFICIAL INVITATION.

Participation fee has to be paid 30% of total amount till 31. March 2012,
and the rest in few rates latest till 20 June 2012.
