General:
Hello and welcome to Stavent Fest 2012, "Rockin' North Eastern Pa". I have listed all the details below for everyone so you can
capture an idea of our Fest. We encourage everyone to share this event with family, friends, co-workers etc., cause the more people,
the bigger the celebration!! Don't forget your lawn chairs or blankets as there is only seating for about 100. *We anticipate up
to 400+* We will have an area for the kids to play and will have face painting, games etc...for them. No coolers allowed cause food,
soda and water will be provided. Hope to see you all there..........
Food:
Hot dogs, chips, pretzels, soda and water. Other food will also be available from vendors but will need to be purchased seperately. If you would like to bring some food to donate to Stavent Fest, all
donations are welcomed!! (please email StaventDrums@aol.com with food item please). Some of the vendors include Pizza, Pulled Pork, Angus Burgers, Cheese Steaks, Fries, etc...
Bands:
There will be 10 bands playing through out the course of the day in 45 minute sets. 15 minute tear down and set up time.
Stage manager will coordinate bands and we will have a host to present every band. Sound system will be provided by
Rock Hard Studios, drums are provided by Stavent Drums.
Drum Competition:
20 "drummers" will be allowed to enter the drum competition. $10 entry fee which will go towards a prize (a $700 Stavent Snare Drum) for best voted drum performer. We will have a panel of 3 judges TBA and panel will consist of drummers not entered
in competition (including Bill from Stavent). First come first serve on drummers.......you must submit a reference to StaventDrums@aol.com (former band,
video or audio of you playing drums). If you are interested and email us, we will forward more details.
Alcohol:
Everyone will be carded at the entrance point to the Fest. A wristband will be issued for adults planning to drink and a wristband for all underage. Yuengling is the beer of choice as we are sponsored by them. $20 donation for all you can drink cup, $2 donation per individual cup. Alcohol will be at the grove provided by
the bartenders. If the bartender feels you have had too much to drink, they will cut you off. Anyone under age caught
drinking alcohol or unacceptable behavior will be removed immediately by security. This is a fun filled day with music, food and families....so leave the drama at home!!
Raffle:
We will be holding a raffle, which is what the "fill in the blank" section of your ticket is for. Please be sure to fill out as everyone will the chance to win something super cool!!!

This will be a crazy fun filled Rockin' day of great music, foods, competition, prizes, kids games and face painting and so much more!! This day we celebrate the
local music in our area and how hard the musician works to create this music!!! Stavent Drums have always supported the community and the local music scene and we are honored to be able to present to you, Stavent Fest 2012. This will be one day you don't want to miss....Rock on!!!
