About the workshop:

Opening rhythmical sense while finding infinite nature of core, inner, outer space through drills.

My work shop will open that space inside our hoop that is often forgotten.

Yes I have tricks to teach, but more importantly first some core techniques to allow us to explore the inside space and a multitude of transitions creating the possibility for endless permutations and combinations.

Yes I want us to get our FUNK into it and open up the channels of rhythmical movement.. I will use some of the techniques which help me find balance in creating beautiful patterns which allow for expressive visual of poetry in motion.

Join me in opening a portal into continues dance and play. Let's have fun!!
