"Black Women in American Culture and History" .
Atlanta artist Lynn Marshall-Linnemeier will present a visual presentation of her new commissioned artwork for the new east wing of First Congregational Church U.C.C. located in downtown Atlanta. Ms. Marshall-Linnemeier will discuss this artwork, her current exhibition projects in Lithonia and Milledgeville, Georgia and upcoming installations in the Southern region. The artist’s discussion will also highlight African American female artists living and working in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. was established in 1929 and is the first African American Greek-lettered business and professional sorority established by African American business women.
