Join Karen Dorfman and Ian Boccio for a unique yoga experience!
Inspired by the power of combining a physical yoga practice with mantra chanting, they added live music and a beautiful practice emerged. Aum Tala, which means "the universal rhythm", is a flowing asana practice interweaved with the vibrations of Sanskrit mantras. Karen leads the class through fluid vinyasa sequences, breathwork and restorative poses. Ian provides live music, drumming, chanting and leads the group in chanting simple mantras during the class. The core of the Aum Tala experience is how the poses and the mantras are specifically arranged to complement one another to create a great expansion of energy.
