The purpose of the Ms Veteran America competition is to showcase the "Woman Beyond the Uniform".

Our Grace, Beauty, Poise and Talents often go unrecognized once we wear our uniforms; this pageant will change that!

The boots are off and the heels are on; no ponytails holders allowed! We are letting our hair down!

The categories will be Interview, Talent, Evening Gown and Military History (yes, no swimsuit).

We will have female Veterans that will compete from all over the country for the first ever title of Ms. Veteran America!

Proceeds from this event will be donated to provide housing for homeless female Veterans and their children.

GRAND PRIZES

-$15,000 towards the purchase of a vehicle or scholarship towards education (theirs or their children or grand children) or full scholarship to Paul Mitchell Beauty and Cosmetology School or starting their own business or home repairs

-Round trip airfare and accommodations for 2 to the 2013 Ms. Veteran America Pageant
-Pageant Gown to the 2013 Ms Veteran America Pageant

- Mother of the Year (Honorably serves and sacrifices for not only her country, but her children as well)
- She Means Business (Started your own successful business)
- Above and Beyond (Epitomizes what it means to “Never Leave a Fallen Comrade”, through significant military achievement; this award is by recommendation only by current or previous “in-service” supervisor
- Donation Whisperer (Starts her own fundraising campaign in support of homeless female Veterans.)
