Alexis's 30th Birthday Blood & Clothing Drive Party!

So I'm turning 30 (August 21st Leo Baby GRRRRRR) and no gift in the world could equal having people share something of them-self with others.

I am putting together a Blood Drive to Celebrate my Birthday. I don't want a Party, I just want to do something for others and have people do it with me.

*I NEED YOUR NAME IF YOU ARE GOING TO DONATE, I HAVE TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT OF NURSES I WILL NEED, THANK YOU!*

*Don't or want to give blood? no worries, Please feel free to come down and Donate Clothes, etc including Pet Supplies/Toys for Shelters I will be distributing too! =)

**All your worries and concerns ANSWERED HERE!**

*EVERYONE MUST BRING PHOTO I.D:
Drivers License (from any place in the world), Passports, Any I.D along with another form of identification, ATM/DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS WORK!

*Smoke the 420? As long as you don't smoke the day of YOU ARE GOOD TO DONATE!

*Got Tattoos? has it been over a year? YOU ARE GOOD TO DONATE!

*Got Diabetes? on Insulin? YOU ARE GOOD TO DONATE!

*Pregnant or had a Child in the past 6 Months? NOT GOOD TO DONATE

*Have Cancer? or had Chemotherapy NOT GOOD TO DONATE
unless Healed.

*16 year olds can Donate IF they bring their Guardian

*Everyone 17 and older can donate



I will have a DJ and there will be Food Provided, Subway, Chips, Drinks, Cookies, etc.

Cold Stone Certificates will be handed out to everyone who Donates!



If you can't or don't want to join/attend please spread the word.

So many people need blood, in fact we may all need it at least once in our lives, this is just a small way to help save someone's life, God Forbid your Child or loved one's may need it to save their life wouldn't you be glad someone took the time donate Blood?
