Nadeem Jafri , an MBA from IMS, Indore and an advertising and media professional decided to plunge into the ongoing retail wave and start his own retail venture ” Hearty Mart” at the unexplored area of Juhapura-Vishala Circle. In the early 2004, he launched Hearty Mart Super Market at Vishala Circle Hearty Mart is positioned as a store which provides ease and convenience of shopping. Hearty Mart customer is a typical middle class housewife who wants to purchase her monthly food-grocery-cosmetics requirements from a convenient place. Hearty Mart has grown significantly since its beginning and now has 9 franchisees in villages across Gujarat. He has won the prestigious – Star Entrepreneurship Award – at 3rd Indira Innovation Summit 2010. Nadeem Jafri also mentors students on marketing and advertising from prominent management colleges – EDI, MICA, B K School of Management etc. and have co-authored various case-studies on Rural Marketing.

Ritam Bhatnagar, 24, completed his schooling at Bhavnagar in year 2005 and came to Ahmedabad for graduation. Studying Electronics in St. Xavier’s was not enough as he opted for Masters in Marketing for post graduation.
Ritam is a young entrepreneur and he founded Freeway Film Company Pvt. Ltd. in March, 2011 which is an integrated film entertainment company. Freeway is a venture to craft latitude for film production, film distribution and film festival consulting. The company mainly covers Film Production and Film Distribution. Ahmedabad Film Project, a 48 hours Film-making competition, is Ritam’s brainchild which got acclaimed nationally with 600+ participants in its very first year, making it one of the largest filmmaking competitions of country.
Ritam’s first film, ‘Kevi Rite Jaish’, has been a game-changer for the urban Gujarati film industry. The film has set a milestone for being the first Gujarati film to release in multiplexes and running houseful for ten weeks. Ritam was distributor of the film along with the Executive Producer and instrumental in taking Gujarati films to multiplexes.
He was recently selected by World Economic Forum as “Global Shaper”.
Ritam is also a visiting faculty at B.K. School of Business Management at prestigious Gujarat University, teaching management.
